I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, but they felt a bit crowded. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate us. The location was convenient for my needs, close to eateries and shops, but not ideal for a leisurely walk to downtown. The dining options were good but could improve on waste management. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
I found the hotel to be comfortable and clean, however, the outdated furniture and carpeting took away from its appearance. The promised balcony view ended up overlooking an IHOP rather than the courtyard. The service was exceptional, friendly, and apologetic when needed. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Pismo Beach and other amenities, but lacked certain expected items. The dining options were not impressive for the price paid, with limited choices that didn't cater to all needs.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable with a nice king bed, but the micro and fridge were a bit small for our family. The location was convenient, right across the street from Starbucks, McDonald's, and Buffalo Wild Wings. However, the price was not any cheaper compared to hotels with elevator service.
